Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our curated home collections, shipping, and services.
What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our Nickey Kehoe collection pieces are made to order. Standard lead times range from 12 to 16 weeks, though specific timelines are provided on each product page. In-stock accessories and vintage finds typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Yes, we ship many of our items internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and item size. For oversized furniture or fragile items, please contact our team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for vintage and antique items?
Due to their unique and aged nature, all vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I request custom upholstery on Nickey Kehoe furniture?
Absolutely. Many of our signature seating pieces can be customized using Customer's Own Material (COM). Please reach out to our design team to discuss fabric requirements and lead time adjustments.
How do I care for my handmade ceramics and textiles?
We recommend hand-washing artisanal ceramics and professional dry cleaning for our custom textiles. Specific care instructions are included with each shipment to ensure the longevity of your heirloom-quality pieces.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a claim and replacement process.
